Disney Flagship Store in Shinjuku, Tokyo

 

The Tokyo Disneyland Resort is not actually in Tokyo but about 20 mins east of central Tokyo in Urayasu,  Chiba. The Disney Flagship store in Shinjuku, is the best place to find exclusive merchandise in Tokyo. There are three level where you can find items that are not offered inside the Tokyo Disneyland Resort parks. It is open daily from 10am - 9pm with a huge LED screen.

The Disney UniBestiez features a collection of animal friends to Mickey and Minnie. Here you will find exclusive plushies and photo ops









You won’t find any Duffy and Friends merch as that exclusive for Tokyo Disney Sea. The majority of the merchandise can be found on the Disney Store Japan website.

If your trip only includes the Tokyo Disney Resort and you can’t make it to the Flagship store, no need to worry, there is a Disney Store at the IKSPIARI Shopping center near Tokyo Disneyland that carry the same products

Minnie Mouse Room Pajama Party Plan at the Disney Ambassador Hotel

    Guests who booked the Minnie Mouse Pajama Party Plan get an exclusive meet n greet with Minnie. When booking this room, guests can choose from three time slots at 6:15pm, 7:30pm or 8:45pm.  Time slots can be chosen for the date of your arrival or during the length of your stay and not on your check out date.  (Pic from the Tokyo Disney Resort website) Check in is at the Ambassador Lounge located on the 6th floor for their reserved time slot. Guests are allowed to dress up in their own sleepwear or pajamas but cannot use the room provided pajamas. They can also bring an item to be signed by Minnie. Disney Ambassador Hotel

- We are at the Tokyo Disney Resort!! Let’s start with the Disney Ambassador Hotel. This is a deluxe resort hotel with a vintage Hollywood era design. This hotel is not directly connected to any of the Tokyo Disney Parks but you can easily walk to Tokyo Disneyland or Disney Sea within 20 minutes. Upon entering the lobby, you are met with a gold statue centerpiece of Mickey as a film director alongside Pluto. Took a look up at the high ceiling and capture this amazing mural of Mickey and friends in the sky   . Mickey on top of the world piece sits near the entrance of the elevators. Festival Disney is the hotel’s merchandise store to prepare yourself for your first park day.
